Montana Spring

"Montana Spring"

Springtime in the Bear Paw Mountains, Montana

-I don't understand How it can be

when you leave a place and return?

-How it's familiar but how it's

not the Same?

-I know this is home but what

a change I see

-In a few sort days Green grass

and budding trees

-I left in the Winter of Discontent

now the green has become a God Send

-Spring - Spring in Montana

-What a wonderful Sight

-The geese returning in flight

-The dirty brown followed by green

-The red sunsets at evening time

Montana my Home

My anger at you in winter

Always falls away

With one lovely Spring Day

God Bless you

my home

my Montana

I love your words Russ! It says it all for me, I will never leave Montana! Oh I may travel but always returning home to the place I love! You know, alot of people dont find the praries beauty. There is just as much elegance and grace on the prarie as there is magisty and mystery in the mountains. No matter where I am in Montana, Im home!
